Soliant has an opening for a contracted Speech Language Pathologist in the Federalsburg, Maryland area. This position is for the 2025-2026 School Year. Soliant offers Weekly Pay, guaranteed hours, and exceptional Health Benefits including a 401k package.

Job Details:

• Full-Time (will consider a part-time candidate)

• Onsite only

• K-12 Caseload

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

• ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Maryland.

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous, though new graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills & Abilities

• Proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Strong documentation skills to support IEP development and student progress tracking

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, parents, and school staff
