Part Time Home Health Care Physical Therapist

Were looking for a Part-Time Physical Therapist (2025 hours/week) for a flexible home health position. You set your own start and end times! This is a high-paying per diem role with mileage reimbursement.

Youll be doing home visits with adult and geriatric patients. No home health experience requirednew grads are welcome!

This role is with a well-established homecare company with a solid reputation and long-term stability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate)

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder

• Comfortable traveling between patient homes (driving is part of the role)
