Cottonwood Creek Wellness Center is a multi-specialty, multi-disciplinary group practice in Colorado Springs. We provide a variety of services to the community including individual, couples and family therapy, group counseling, psychological and psychoeducational assessments, supervision, educational workshops, consultation, and nutrition counseling.
We are looking for part-time or full-time child and adolescent psychotherapists to join our growing practice! Our ideal clinician will provide high quality, compassionate, ethical, and culturally competent therapeutic services to clients. Candidates should be independent, organized, driven, and collaborative. Additionally, we prefer our therapists to have a specialty area. As many clients request weekend and evening appointments, candidates must will be willing to work some weekend and/or evening hours.
Candidates must be fully licensed in the State of Colorado. Compensation is wage-based and paid out bi-weekly. New hires will be employees of Cottonwood Creek Wellness Center.
Cottonwood Creek Wellness Center will provide:
Steady stream of referrals
Competitive compensation
Administrative assistance with credentialing, billing, invoicing, coordination of benefits/eligibility, collection of payment, and scheduling

Comfortable office space
Office supplies
Requirements:
Masters or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related mental health field
Colorado licensure as a LCSW, LPC, Ph.D., or Psy.D.
Willing to work at least 15 hours per week
Willing to work weekend and/or evening hours
Solid clinical, diagnostic and assessment skills
Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective communication and collaboration
Positive attitude that can handle flexibility and change
Commitment to timely documentation
Comfort with electronic records
Compassion, humor and respect for colleagues
