The Senior Mental Health Counselor Masters is responsible for providing counseling, education and case management to clients assigned in structured programs of Breakthrough as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Additionally, this role is assigned additional leadership and mentoring duties to support the milieu treatment program and to promote growth and increased quality for clients and other Caregivers.

Hours: Part Time, 0.75 FTE, Day Shift, 30 Hours Per Week.

Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree - Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or health related field.
- Alaska Masters Social Worker License upon hire or,
- Alaska Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or,
- Alaska Psychologist License upon hire or,
- Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire or,
- Alaska Professional Counselor License upon hire.
- 5 years - Clinical experience
