Position Overview?
Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team! As an SLP, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for a range of speech and language disorders. Key Responsibilities?

• Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students needs.?

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students specific goals and needs.?

• Provide direct therapy to students with speech and language disorders, including speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency, voice disorders, and social communication.?

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop strategies for supporting students communication needs within the classroom setting.?

Qualifications?

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.?

• Current state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.?

• ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification.?

• Experience working with children in an educational or clinical setting (preferred).?
