We're actively recruiting experienced Speech Language Pathologists to serve Ohio school districts through our comprehensive telepractice program. Position Structure This full-time virtual position requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, serving students across elementary and middle school grade levels. Your caseload will consist of approximately 45-60 students with diverse communication needs, from articulation challenges to complex language disorders. You'll conduct both individual and small group sessions using interactive digital therapy tools designed specifically for virtual learning environments.
Student Population and Services Work with students ranging from kindergarten through 8th grade, addressing articulation disorders, receptive and expressive language delays, social communication difficulties, and fluency disorders. Many students in our virtual programs are highly motivated learners who respond well to technology-enhanced therapy approaches. You'll have the opportunity to serve students in both urban and rural areas who benefit from consistent access to specialized services.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations
  • Create engaging, interactive therapy sessions using digital platforms
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans targeting IEP objectives
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress tracking
  • Collaborate with educational teams through video conferencing
  • Provide consultation to teachers and support staff
  • Conduct parent training and education sessions
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid Ohio speech-language pathology license
  • Minimum 2 years of pediatric/school experience
  • Telepractice experience highly desirable
  • Familiarity with IEP process and special education regulations
  • Strong technology skills and adaptability to virtual platforms
