Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide part-time, onsite services for a local school district in Thomasville, NC . This is an itinerant position serving students across multiple school sites. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing physical therapy interventions that support students' educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services in alignment with IEP goals

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Work collaboratively with educators, staff, and families

• Travel between school locations within the district as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

• Valid North Carolina Physical Therapy license

• Experience working in a school setting preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to travel between multiple school sites
