• 70 80% inpatient/SNF cases, 20 30% outpatient caseload
• Hospital-based position with float coverage to nearby outpatient facility
• Combined inpatient, outpatient, and skilled nursing facility setting
• Primarily adult and geriatric patient population
• Inpatient experience required outpatient experience strongly preferred
