Job Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapists to join a team throughout Oregon (positions in Salem, Dallas, South Marion, Polk, and Yamhill available). These positions focus on supporting children of various age groups (0-5 y.o. or K-12th) with diverse needs, providing assessments, interventions, and recommendations to enhance their developmental and educational experiences.

Pay Rate: Dependent on Experience

Age: 0 to 5 year olds, OR K-12th assignments

Schedule: Three Full time positions, one .97 and one .66 position available

Start/End Dates: August 22,2025 - June 12, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of students to identify fine motor, sensory, and other developmental needs.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions in collaboration with the Assessment Team.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting each child's growth and success.

  • Provide direct therapy services to students, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress reports in accordance with school and district policies.

  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide input on occupational therapy goals and progress.

  • Serve as a resource for staff and families, offering guidance and strategies to support students in various settings.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Oregon Occupational Therapist License.

  • Experience working in a school setting, particularly with children, is required.

  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in occupational therapy.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
