Massage Therapist- Full Time, Salon/Spa (Harrah's SoCal)

This position is responsible for providing all types of massage and body treatments offered at the Spa at Harrahs. All treatments must be done in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

Our ideal candidate :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CAMTC/ CA certificate/license required.
• One to two years experience in a hotel or resort.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer skills. Must be able to work a close-knit environment with constant co-work involvement.
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

About the role:

• Provide efficient and courteous and Family-Style Service to all guests.
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.
• Must be able to work well with others and as a team.
• The ability to perform all types of massage and body treatments offered at The Spa at Harrahs.
• Knowledge of other services offered at the Spa at Harrahs.
• Knowledge of all Spa Attendant duties.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Participate and attend all education classes and staff meetings.

A few more things:

• Able to lift items up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to assist guests on and off massage tables.
• Must be able to stand for a 10-hour shift.
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English.

Pay: $15.50 per hour plus 20% commission on services rendered
