We are seeking a Full-Time Speech Therapist to join our growing team!
This is an onsite role at:

- The Aubin Aphasia Speech and Language Center LLC330 S Madison Ave, Suite 106Bainbridge Island, WA 98110
- Or at our secondary location:20700 Bond Rd NE, Bldg. BPoulsbo, WA 98370
- Or at our third and newest location in Ketchikan, AK.

We will also consider a telehealth and/or hybrid position for the right candidate.

Prospective clinical fellows who are interested in completing a 16-week telehealth internship with us directly before beginning their fellowship are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Begin with a caseload of 32 hours, with the potential to expand to 40 hours across our two outpatient locations.
- Provide individualized therapy to adults and children with a range of communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing needs.
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with patients and families.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech Pathology.
- Completion of clinical affiliation and national exam.
- Washington State SLP License (or eligible upon hire) and/or Alaska State SLP License.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 23 years of clinical experience (all levels encouraged to apply, including interns that are interested in completing a clinical fellowship with us).
- Certifications in SpeakOUT and/or LSVT.
- Familiarity with high-quality AAC intervention strategies.
- Experience across a diverse age range and clinical presentations.
- Specialty certifications such as MPSImP, LiPS, or board certifications in fluency, voice, or swallowing.
