Speech-Language Pathologist

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• SLP
• Interest and passion in learning more about AAC
• Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice
• Licensure: Current and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist licensure in California
• Current CA State Driver's License
• Proof of Car Insurance

Additional Requirements:

• Desire to work with clients in-home and in-school
• Ability to drive to all home + school-based therapy appointments
• Experience working with Autistic clients + AAC experience preferred
• Willingness to collaborate with a team-oriented approach JOB DESCRIPTION & DUTIES:
• Provide speech and language therapy to children for 50 minute sessions in the home + school environment (including session note write-up)
• Provide parent with feedback + education programs to teach specific strategies and develop home exercise programs to facilitate target speech/language goals.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary team collaboration ? Expected documentation includes daily session notes.
• Complete administrative responsibilities, such as coordinating paperwork, scheduling case management activities, therapy planning.

• Starting base salary of $75,000 to $95,000 with opportunities for twice/year bonuses
