OP Physical Therapist

Position Summary:

The outpatient clinical specialist provides individualized care for patients in the outpatient setting by evaluation, treatment planning, goal setting, implementation of treatments and education of the patient and family. Responsible for mentorship and training in area of clinical expertise.

Position Qualification:

Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
