Pediatric School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Middletown, Delaware

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students' needs.
• Provide direct speech and language therapy in accordance with IEPs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and treatment outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings.
• Familiarity with IEP development and related documentation.
