Job Description

Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current Texas State License as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for Licensure as a Clinical Fellow.
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Experience working in school settings is preferred.
Location: Seguin, TX
Environment: Elementary/Middle School
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals.
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and documentation as required by the school.
