Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Dates: August 4, 2025 May 20, 2026
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Only

Position Overview:
The Phoenix Union High School District is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for the 20252026 school year. This is an onsite position working with a multidisciplinary team to provide occupational therapy services to high school students.

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

• Train parents and staff in relevant activities and assistive technology

• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other special education professionals

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

Requirements:

• Active Arizona OT license

• Fingerprint Clearance Card

• First Aid/CPR certification preferred

• Must submit all credentials, including:

• OT license

• Fingerprint clearance card

• Updated resume
