Position Overview:
A full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed in Thousand Oaks, California for the 20252026 school year. The role involves delivering direct occupational therapy services to students across K12, supporting functional, academic, and social-emotional development under the supervision of a licensed OT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy as outlined in student IEPs

• Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

• Document session data and student progress accurately

• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and school teams

• Support a caseload of approximately 50 students

Requirements:

• Active California COTA license

• School-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
