Qualifications:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC).
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, particularly in a school setting.
- Proficient in developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Familiarity with speech and language assessments and interventions.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in students aged 3 to grade 5.
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
- Conduct group and individual sessions to enhance communication skills.
