Location: Raytown, MO

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist/Center Manager for our Raytown, MO location. We are looking for a motivated self-starter with internal drive to grow the business through quality care and active development of relationships with referral sources.

Our Raytown, MO clinic is within 15 minutes of the Plaza, and downtown Kansas City. This location has 2 full time PTs, and 1 part time PT treating primarily a general outpatient orthopedic population from teens to geriatrics. We have specialization across the market in pelvic floor, vestibular/concussion rehab, Oncology Rehab, Dry needling, FCEs, and work conditioning. Our mentorship program is key for professional growth and development. We provide collaboration with numerous therapists that have manual therapy certification, fellowship/residency training and are active in the education department.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility of our center and uphold executive decisions
• Utilize our local community network to partner with physicians, employers, payors and case managers to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Help grow and manage our center's physician relationships and patient portfolios
• Expand and develop a team of talented PTs and physical therapist assistants (PTAs)
• Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community
• Participate in industry-leading continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy
• Valid State Physical Therapist License is required to start
• CPR Certification
