Occupational Therapist - Rehab Department, Per Diem Days

Occupational Therapist needed for Inpatient and outpatient areas working with all age groups. Rotating weekends required.

The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating, developing, implementing, and documenting a plan of treatment for patients of all ages in consultation with the referring provider. In addition, this position is responsible for clinical supervision of students, Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA) and rehabilitation aides.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university or college required. Master's degree preferred. Valid Vermont State Occupational Therapist license required. National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification preferred.
