Salary: $65 / Hour The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for performing student evaluations, developing and providing therapy services, and documenting services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student. Minimum Requirements: + Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice + One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred + Current CPR if applicable + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age General Comments Essential Job Details: Technical Skills Needed/Minimum Experience/Qualifications Must have an OT license upon offer and be able to obtain their Washington ESA Positions Available: 1 opening Start Date: 9/2/25 - Possible PD days prior to start Location: Chehalis, WA Length of Contract: 2025-2026 school year Schedule: Monday-Friday Hours/Week (Paid/Unpaid Lunch): 37.5 hours per week, 30 minute lunch Position Details (Age group, Caseload, Duties): -For the 2025-2026 school year -Will not do much floating. Will be working at no more than 2-3 buildings. Gas mileage is NOT reimbursed as the schools are very close to each other -In person candidates only.
