The position is designed for the full school year, requiring a dedicated and passionate approach to facilitate students' communication needs. Location: Lake Crystal, MN Qualifications: Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a focus on pediatric populations Experience in teletherapy and traditional therapy settings Proficient in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage a varied student caseload effectively CCC-SLP certification preferred Previous experience in schools, particularly with elementary students Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' goals Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and outcomes Participate in staff meetings and contribute to a supportive educational environment Benefits:
