What YouWill Do: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child & AdolescentPsychotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will conductindividual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions, employingeffective techniques aligned with the physician\'s directives andpatient goals. A thorough reviewer of patient medical records, you\'llconduct diagnostic assessments to inform treatment plans and providetimely emergency interventions when necessary. Your role involvesevaluating treatment efficacy and patient progress, contributing to therefinement of treatment strategies. You\'ll spend 80% of your timeengaged in clinical practice, nurturing face-to-face interactions withpatients and families, while allocating 20% to essential administrativetasks and maintaining important external connections. Accurate andefficient documentation is crucial, and you\'ll ensure all records arecompleted promptly. Adherence to state regulations regarding supervisionis imperative, and the ability to provide supervision for master\'sdegree students is desirable. Effective communication andproblem-solving skills are vital in this role, facilitatingcollaboration and successful outcomes for patients.
