We serve patients in three primary care clinics,a new 24-bed critical-access hospital and in anUrgent Care and EmergencyDepartment. What you will do: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week), Monday-Friday dayshifts & every 5th or 6th Saturday Provide outpatient care (withoccasional in-patient coverage as needed) Evaluate, assess, develop aplan of care & provide treatment/interventions to primarily adultpatients who have a medical or other health related condition thatlimits their ability to move or function with activities of dailyliving.
