Job Details:

• Part Time Position
• 3 days per week
• On-Site Position
• Full School Year
• Weekly Pay with Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement IEPs to meet the individual needs of the child
• Responsible for timely documentation of evaluation results, progress reports, discharge reports, daily notes, and service tracker notes
• Consults with parents/caregivers, teachers, and others as appropriate concerning students needs

Requirements:

• Current State License in Physical Therapy
• State Department of Public Instruction Certificate
• School-based experience preferred
