Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Dresden, ME

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a supportive school district located in Dresden, Maine . This role offers an exciting opportunity to help students improve their communication skills, empowering them to succeed both academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services in individual and small group settings

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders

• Create and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with each students IEP goals

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development

• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and help establish appropriate communication goals and accommodations

Qualifications:

• Active Maine Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
