Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Alna, ME

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a supportive school district located in Alna, Maine . This role offers a fulfilling opportunity to help students strengthen their communication abilities, contributing to both academic success and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in individual and small group settings

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals and student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated support

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school, state, and federal requirements

• Actively participate in IEP meetings and assist in creating appropriate goals and accommodations

Qualifications:

• Active Maine Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
