Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. In this role, you will help residents regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities through personalized therapy programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate residents' physical and cognitive abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
