Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Salida, CA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a licensed and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in a supportive school district located in Salida, California. This rewarding role offers the chance to help students strengthen their communication skills, enhancing both their academic performance and social development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and small group settings

• Conduct evaluations to identify speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students IEP goals

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to communication-related goals and accommodations

Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred

• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus

• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and organization
