Occupational Therapist School Setting - Terre Haute, IN

Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Occupational Therapy License
• Indiana Teacher Certificate
• Experience in home health, teletherapy, and school settings
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Familiarity with IEPs and Medicaid billing

• Terre Haute, Indiana, with accessibility to nearby cities such as Paris, Summit Grove, and Perth.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students, addressing various disabilities
• Conduct evaluations and develop tailored IEPs to meet individual student needs
• Implement a 3-1 service delivery model, focusing on three weeks of direct service followed by a week for professional development and administrative tasks
• Collaborate with other therapists and educational staff to enhance students' overall learning and development
