We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students for the 2025-2026 school year . This full-time position is perfect for professionals passionate about speech therapy and committed to student success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct speech-language therapy tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer classroom interventions and teacher consultations
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Participate in professional development and training

Qualifications

• Active VA Speech-Language Pathology License
• School-based therapy experience preferred
• Comfortable with technology and virtual therapy tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
