Physical Therapist Contract - Dover, DE

Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist I for a full-time position in Dover, DE . This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative rehabilitation team dedicated to restoring patient mobility and improving quality of life.

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional skills
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement efforts, and continuing education

• Active Delaware Physical Therapist License
• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current BLS Certification (AHA preferred)
• New grads welcome; clinical experience in outpatient or acute care settings a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
