What Youll Be Doing:
Conducting comprehensive OT evaluations
Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans
Helping patients improve function and independence in daily life
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other therapists
Educating families and caregivers on therapy goals and safety
Documenting progress in compliance with OR regulations

Who Were Looking For:
Active Oregon OT license (or in progress)
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills
A collaborative, patient-centered mindset
