What Youll Be Doing:
Evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
Developing and delivering individualized treatment plans
Leading one-on-one and group therapy sessions
Collaborating with physicians, nurses, families, and other therapists
Documenting sessions and progress in line with Oregon and federal standards
Coaching caregivers and families on therapy strategies
Staying current with evidence-based SLP practices

Who Were Looking For:
Active Oregon SLP license
Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings preferred
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A collaborative and patient-first approach
