Schedule: Full-Time | MondayFriday | 35 Hours/Week
Location: Multiple school sites (Elementary, Middle, and High School)
Travel: Reliable transportation required

Soliant is working with a school district in Hardwick, VT seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team for the 20252026 academic year . This is a full-time position serving students across elementary, middle, and high school campuses . The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and passionate about supporting communication development in students of all ages.

• Provide speech and language support services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

• Work across multiple school buildings as assigned

• Assist in implementing IEP goals related to communication

• Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with school and state guidelines

• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff to support student success

• Current SLPA certification/license (as required by the state)

• Experience working with school-aged children preferred

• Ability to manage a flexible schedule across multiple school sites

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Must have reliable transportation
