Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist License

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students gross motor and functional mobility skills as part of the special education process
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals related to physical therapy services
- Provide direct and consultative physical therapy services in school-based settings
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, related service providers, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
