Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Soliant is working with a great school district in Waunakee, WI area to find a Physical Therapist (PT). This is a great chance for an experienced, or new grad, PT to enhance the lives of school aged children.
Ideally, the director would like a Physical Therapist who is available to work part-time and has recent schools experience. The Physical Therapist should be comfortable working with a varied disability and severity caseload. This position will service PreK- 12th grade. : Physical Therapist (PT)- Masters degree required
3 days per week
Wisconsin state PT license
Interviewing Now
Pay range between $40-$60/hr
Responsibilities: Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' physical abilities, motor skills, and functional levels.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to gather comprehensive information for individualized treatment planning.
Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and educational goals.
Utilize therapeutic exercises, activities, and modalities to improve students' strength, range of motion, coordination, and mobility.
Therapeutic Interventions: Provide direct physical therapy services to students either individually or in groups, within the school setting.
