Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to determine students speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement appropriate therapy plans tailored to individual students
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services in accordance with established guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment
  • Deliver professional development workshops for staff as needed
