Quick Facts:

• Monday through Friday schedule, 8am 5pm with alternating weekend call
• 30 treatment units per week average workload
• Home health setting serving adult patients
• EMR: HCHB
• Documentation completion required within 24 hours
• 2 3 years physical therapy experience preferred
