Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Physical Therapist

- 22 units for 32 hours, 28 units for 40 hours productivity expectation
- Home health setting for adult care
- 13-week assignment duration
- Home health experience required
- HCHB experience highly preferred
- 1 - 2 years rehabilitation experience required
- EMR: HCHB

- We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
