FTE: 0.001000 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: Provides comprehensivephysical therapy services to the patient by assessing, planning,implementing, and documenting patient care and treatment programs.Participates in varied department activities designed to enhance patientcare and programs within Rehabilitation Services. Other duties asassigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Relevant inpatient/outpatientexperience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors, Masters, orDoctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program isrequired. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: WI state license as a PhysicalTherapist is required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic LifeSupport for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalentis required within 90 days.
