They demonstre a full professional understanding of the theories of trement in occupional therapy and their proper applicion through the use of activity analysis, behavioral intervention, frame of references, and therapeutic procedures. Individuals may perform ancillary assignments, including program management duties on an occasional basis. The staff OT is able to: Provide and document evaluion, goals, trement plan, trements, and approprie modificion of trement for each pient. Demonstre critical analysis of occupional therapy principles and techniques consistent with current clinical standards based on OT theory and evidence based practice. Knowledge is inclusive of physical, occupional, cognitive, and psychosocial functional deficits. Collabore and communice orally and in writing with all internal and external stakeholders. Demonstre critical analysis, clinical reasoning, and creivity to independently solve complex problems reled to adapting and modifying assessments, trement plans, activities and procedures to meet the needs of pients. Procure, fabrice, adjust, adapt, and modify orthoses, splints, and adaptive equipment for activities of daily living (inclusive of durable medical equipment). Contribute necessary informion for departmental record keeping. Demonstre necessary knowledge of required fundamentals to perform duties sisfactorily. Follow adopted policies and procedures.
