Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy tailored to students with diverse communication challenges, including articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication. Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine student eligibility for speech-language services. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and maintain documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Work closely with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to enhance student success in both academic and social settings. Actively participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Maryland State Board license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for one. Preferred Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA; Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply.
