Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator Hours: M-F 8:30a-5p EST, 40 hours, weekly pay Must haves: Good energy and good communicator, must be able to work with multiple team members Fact finder - must have the ability to take initiative and thick skin Must have face-to-face patient service experience, and must have the ability to learn is KEY! Willing to be involved and not shy away from a challenge, System/PC savvy Job description: Candidates will be handling all incoming/outgoing calls, walk-in appointments, filing, taking prescriptions, verifying insurance, calling doctors' offices to verify appointments, and some filing. They need candidates that are patient, friendly, and have an outgoing personality.
