EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Associate degree inPhysical Therapist Assistant from an accredited training program isrequired. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: State of Wisconsin Physical TherapistAssistant Licensure is required. American Heart Association (AHA) BasicLife Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approvedequivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
