Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Mental Health Therapist with a focus on treating patients primarily with eating disorders. The role involves supporting patients aged 14 to adult, dealing with challenges such as eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. The position combines individual and group therapy approaches aimed at treating the whole person. Requirements: MSW/LMSW license Key Responsibilities: Support 3-7 patients primarily with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and/or substance abuse. Responsible for observing patients during meals to help diagnose and resolve challenges. Facilitate a combination of individual and group therapy sessions. Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, dietitians, and other licensed therapists. Participate in a partial hospitalization program for 6 hours a day, with no formal caseload, maintaining a maximum of 10 patients. Training Training on a proprietary treatment model including the Unified Treatment Model. 4-6 weeks of shadowing, individual and group supervision, and training around different eating disorder diagnoses. Collaboration with the training department to complete treatment plans.
