Join our team to provide essential motor and sensory support to elementary and intermediate students with a modest caseload. Youll collaborate with educators and support staff to create tailored interventions that enhance each students ability to participate and thrive in the classroom. Key Responsibilities Conduct assessments and create individualized support plans to address motor, sensory, and other developmental needs. Provide direct therapy services in a school-based setting, targeting specific sensory and motor goals. Collaborate with school teams, including teachers and other therapists, to create a supportive, inclusive learning environment. Document student progress, modify interventions as necessary, and maintain open communication with families and staff. Qualifications Washington state OT licensure. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Experience in school-based settings preferred, but not required. New grads welcomed to apply.
