Position Summary:

Our Senior Clinic Director oversees all aspects of patient care and clinic operations by managing multiple Clinic Directors within an assigned area. This position champions Clinical Excellence by monitoring patient outcomes, treatment protocols, and adherence to best practices to drive high-quality patient care. Support team development and manage performance of the area's Clinic Directors across Clinical, Operational, Retention, and Growth metrics to ensure performance aligns with our company objectives. A Senior Clinic Director leads the facilitation of our Clinic Directors' success, providing mentorship and individualized support. Pediatric Senior Clinic Director / Board-Certified Behavior Analyst

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus AND $10,000 Tuition Repayment!!

Job Highlights:

Base salary commensurate with experience and education

Role eligible for individual- and area-based performance bonuses, sign-on bonus or tuition reimbursement

Lead and mentor a team of Clinic Directors to help grow Ivy ABA in the Lynchburg and Charlottesville area of Virginia and the surrounding area, along with your own team of BCBAs and behavior technicians

Personal mentorship from expert regional BCBA leaders who know your community and know how to run high-quality clinics successfully

Provide ABA services within an interdisciplinary care model comprised of behavior technicians, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists

Position Qualifications:

Active BCBA Certification and state licensure

2-4+ years of proven dedication and experience in a multi-site healthcare setting.

1-3+ years of managerial and supervisory experience, preferably in outpatient care.
