Why Join Us?
At Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina (PCSC), we've designed an in-house therapy model that puts therapists first prioritizing quality over quotas, mentorship over micromanagement, and innovation over routine.
We provide an environment where you'll be supported, empowered, and inspired to grow both personally and professionally.
Here's what our therapists say:
There's a level of mutual respect at Columbia that I haven't experienced elsewhere. I'm encouraged to problem-solve with leadership, and that's made me feel like a partner in the care we provide not just an employee." (Occupational Therapist)
Being part of an in-house model here means we're not at the mercy of outside decision-makers. We can adapt quickly and build real relationships. I've grown more as a therapist here in one year than I did in several years elsewhere. (Physical Therapist)
Mentoring students at Columbia has been so rewarding. It's powerful to pass on what we've built here our culture, our standards, our heart and to help shape the future of therapy in senior living. (Clinical Educator)
