Physical Therapist Assistant

A great healthcare facility located near Roswell, NM , is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join their team!

Pay: $26.00 - $39.00 / hourly + $5,000 sign on bonus

Physical Therapist Assistant Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Schedule: M-F, day shift
• Setting: Outpatient
• Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:

• Physical Therapist Assistant assists physical therapists in implementing treatment plans by helping patients perform exercises, therapeutic activities, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper body mechanics to prevent injury, reduce pain, and promote long-term recovery outside the clinic setting.

Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:

• Required: Graduate from an accredited PTA program
• Required: BLS certification before employment begins
• Required: Current state licensure
• Greater than one year of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
